Small groups are the backbone for identifying, investing in and training up leaders, and for connecting our Springbrook family together in genuine Biblical community. During our time together on the 27th, we will discuss small group health, vision cast for next year, and solidify our small group coach/leader roles. This gathering is strategically important, and participation is a requirement for leading a small group in 2014. If you are unable to attend, please have your apprentice leader attend in your place.
